We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend required. US orders also qualify for free standard shipping.
2. Delivery times
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days (standard), 1–2 business days (express).
United States: 7–12 business days (standard).
Europe: 5–10 business days.
Rest of world: 10–18 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking your order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this to track your delivery in real time via the courier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at support@impacthealth.io.
5. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
6. Customs and import duties (international orders)
For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict these charges in advance.
7. Delivery delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier capacity, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
8. Missing or lost deliveries
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at sales@impacthealth.io. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
