You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund, no questions asked. This is our commitment to your confidence and satisfaction.
2. How to return an item
Email us at returns@impacthealth.io with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Return conditions
Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be in a reasonable condition — not physically damaged due to misuse.
Original accessories and packaging should be included where possible.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Klarna and Clearpay refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
Original delivery charges are refunded in cases of faulty or damaged goods.
5. Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately at support@impacthealth.io. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including delivery.
6. Return delivery costs
If the item is faulty or we made an error, we cover the return delivery cost.
If you are returning due to a change of mind, return delivery costs are your responsibility.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct product.
